jos

josie is doing well, we realized she has reflux so we are going to the ped tomorrow to get meds for it, poor thing
also we are treating the rash on her nose and it is starting to disappear already,
josie cries during all her feeds so i am anxious to get her reflux meds and get her some relief
josie has made huge strides with her bottling and is taking about two a day.
once they thickened up the formula it changed everything
praise God
anyways, that is the long and short of it,
i am so thankful for all the strides josie is taking,
she is such a joy and i love her gummy smiles, she does it alot to mommy and she is starting to "talk" more too,,, sooo precious

Jules,
Praise the Lord! It sounds like her mental development is right on target! Isabella is not cooing at me yet, so I have been a little worried. She was born July 5th, but due Aug 12th, so from her due date, 2 months, from her birth date, almost 3 1/2 months. She smiles sometimes, but not frequently at me. I am a bit anxious about that too.
Hugs,
Cheryl

Hey Julie
Benjamin has reflux too. He's been on ranitidine but now is on a med called lansoprazole. He still refluxes but it doesn't seem to be to painful because the med is an acid blocker. Hopefully Josie will get something that helps. Once her tube is out it might help too..I'm hoping it will help Ben. Yay for bottle feeding..isn't progress so encouraging?
