josie met her pediatrition today, she looked a little shocked as i don't think she has had a trisomy baby in her practice before, lol, she was so happy to have us in her office and was amazed at how well josie looked
i am so happy to have a ped that has a great rep and is super nice

anyways,
a dietitian came by today too, to weigh jose, she is 7.4 pds now, gaining steadily, and has grown from 47cm long to 51cm, also her little head has grown too,
got lots of apts coming up, thankfully some of them are in the home
we are getting into a routine with feedings, taking turns sleeping and doing well,
i had a great day on my b day, out for lunch and dinner!
and a beautiful mother and child necklace from mark
my nanny and aunt karen came down today to visit, as nanny hadn't met josie, did i mention my nanny is 94?
anyways, another great day

yeah, we couldn't believe how attentive Josie is. Her color is good, she makes all the gurgly grunty baby sounds, she has good muscle tone and reflexes (from our observations anyways)... If you didn't know, you wouldn't guess there was any kind of genetic disorder/"abnormality"(I hate using that word, forgive me and enlighten me if there's a better one to use!) She's an obvious fighter too.
