well mark is home on a pd day yay
i got a chance to go workout without having to bring savie and came home to an empty house ;) and promptly went for a nap ;)
mark and sav went to vic park and fed the squirrels;)
Lord plse help the pham family , a police officer who was shot and killed this week in london area, wife and three kids,
help them Lord as they have the funeral today
Plse be with the fam in the US that just lost their 2 yr old daughter to cancer, layla
when i feel down in the dumps and feel sorry for myself, life reminds me , there is always someone else suffering just as much or More than me.
