ouch what was that??

ok i have woken up twice this week with bad bad pain that hits me all of a sudden!!
ouch!
gotta go to the chiro tonight for sure./.
i am assuming this is normal??
my prenatal massage is not until july 15th...
maybe i will call and see if they have any cancellations
